Officials Begin Investigation Into the Cause

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are leading the investigation into the crash. The helicopter involved was identified as a Robinson R66, a small, turbine-powered aircraft often used for private flights.

Investigators are reviewing maintenance records, pilot history, and weather data from the evening of the crash. While official findings may take months to finalize, families and aviation experts alike are hoping for clarity and answers that could help prevent future tragedies.
