Majdi Hijazin

Majdi Hijazin is a skilled litigator with vast experience across various state and federal courts.  He has litigated numerous consumer protection claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act (ICFA), and other consumer protection statutes.  On behalf of aggrieved homeowners, Majdi has been heavily involved in several high-profile trials against banks and mortgage servicers, resulting in seven-figure jury verdicts.  On behalf of everyday consumers, Majdi has obtained large settlements amounting to seven figures.

Practicing law since 2005, Majdi has also served as general counsel to many businesses in the hospitality, service, gas service station, and trucking industries.  He has helped these businesses develop corporate policies and strategies and obtain state and federal licensing along with representing them in many litigation matters.

Majdi has a passion for helping victims of corporate abuse and provides each of his clients the level of personal concern that they deserve.  Over the years, Majdi has thoroughly enjoyed mentoring junior attorneys and law students while striving to continuously learn from others.
