Sabine Wakim is a consumer law attorney based out of Austin, Texas.
She earned her double bachelor’s degree in philosophy and international studies of the Middle East from St. Bonaventure University in 2012. Throughout her education, Sabine was a multinational, award-winning debate champion and public speaker. Her passion for advocacy took her to law school where she graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law and passed the bar in 2019 with a special focus on litigation, business law, and public interest.
During her time at Golden Gate University School of Law, Sabine clerked with the Department of Justice in their Economic Crimes Division, and the Department of Homeland Security. She then became a summer associate at Baker McKenzie Habibi Al Mulla in Dubai where she focused her time on privacy, employment, and M&A practice.
Shortly after graduating from law school Sabine was hired to be a Senior Consultant for a management consulting firm, providing risk solutions to the federal government. There, she developed drone security programs and advised on policy and threat mitigation practices targeted to mitigate cybersecurity and emerging threats.
At DJC Law, Sabine works on several complex litigation issues involving data privacy protection, and unfair business practices to protect consumers from corporate abuse.
In her free time, Sabine likes to try and do every activity she possibly can. She is a dedicated cat mom, writer, traveler, bread baker, dungeon master and enjoys all the live music, renaissance festivals, kayaking, and activities Austin and its surrounding areas have to offer.
